HandyGo matches customers with independent tradespeople — electrical, plumbing, painting, and more. Quotes are written on site. You pay only inside the app, in USD.

How it works

No canned templates. The customer describes the work. The pro writes a real quote after arriving.

For customers

  1. Pick a category and send a request.
  2. Authorize the booking hold and accept the policies.
  3. The pro accepts, is on the way, then arrives.
  4. You get a labor + materials quote. Accept or reject it.
  5. Work starts only after you accept. Finished-work photos are required.

For professionals

  1. Verify ID and a selfie with your ID, and set your zone in an active market. An admin approves you.
  2. Set your zone: home pin + radius, or a drawn map.
  3. Accept a job, go on the way, mark arrived.
  4. Send the quote from the job site — never before you arrive.
  5. Connect Stripe Express (U.S.) and receive 100% of the quote.

Simple money rules

Published amounts can be updated in Admin → Configuración. The split below is the product default.

Customer fee

HandyGo charges a platform fee only to the customer (default 15%). It is added on top of the accepted quote.

Pro payout

The handyman always receives 100% of the accepted quote. HandyGo never docks that commission from the pro.

Cancel & reschedule

Default cancel $50 (split with the pro). Default reschedule $25. The booking hold is not the full job price.

All payments for HandyGo jobs must stay in the app. Cash, transfers, or another app are outside HandyGo’s responsibility.

HandyGo conecta clientes con profesionales independientes en EE. UU. El cliente describe el trabajo; el pro llega, envía presupuesto y cobra en la app. El profesional recibe el 100% del presupuesto aceptado. La comisión de HandyGo se cobra solo al cliente. No pagues fuera de la app.
